Frances-Marie Hitchen, lecturer in Visitor Attractions, Tourism, and Events Management at University of Staffordshire – Talking about the course offer from the Staffordshire Business School and her particular interest in business ethics and CSR within Visitor Economy and how this has an impact on customer engagement.
Clare Brookes – Regeneration officer at Staffordshire Moorlands District Council – how SMDC help to promote the visitor economy in the Staffordshire Moorlands and practical tips on using the new website etc.
