Open to all businesses in Stafford and the surrounding areas, this monthly gathering is the perfect opportunity to network, unlock new opportunities and discuss business challenges in a relaxed, friendly environment.
On the evening Jake Mahal, a Stafford based metabolism and mindset coach, will lead a five-minute breathwork and breathing habits session, which helps manage stress, sleep and digestion.
As a result, attendees will have the chanve to experience deep, calming breathwork techniques as well as the best networking in Stafford! This mini workshop will introduce participants to the idea of resetting stress, enhancing clarity and energising the body.

The networking, drinks and nibbles evening takes place on the last Thursday of every month from 5:30pm-7pm.
Travel: Parking is available at Victoria Park, postcode ST16 2QP, which is less than one minute’s walk from Stone Junction’s office and is free from 6.00pm. The nearest train station is Stafford, which is a five-minute walk across Stafford’s beautiful Victoria Park.
