Our Let's Do Business keynote speaker served with one of the world's most elite special forces, completed missions across more than 50 countries and starred on Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Born right here in Stoke-on-Trent, Melvyn Downes signed up to the British Army aged just 16, served in the Gulf War, completed three tours of Northern Ireland and was selected for the SAS on his first attempt - becoming one of the first British-born black men to join the regiment.
Drawing on decades of experience in some of the world's most demanding environments, Melvyn will share powerful lessons on leading under pressure - reshaping your approach to challenges, team-building and decision-making.
