Date/time: Friday 20th March 2026, from 9.30AM to 3.30PM.
Venue: Keele University.
Event format: Plenary presentation sessions coupled with breakout/workshop sessions.
Target audience : Up to a maximum of 150 delegates from Staffordshire SME businesses.
This is an event for SME businesses (delivered at minimum cost, to cover catering). No payment will be provided for speakers.
We are looking for expressions of interest to be guest speakers to deliver AI presentations/sessions which will focus on the practical application/implementation of AI technologies within the following five ‘tracks’:
- Personal effectiveness.
- Human resources/personnel/culture.
- Marketing & business development.
- Customer service.
- Finance.
If you or your organisation wish to present within multiple tracks then please make separate expressions of interest for each track.
Each speaker will deliver an initial session of up to 60 minutes, before getting the chance to repeat the session later. When applying for a speaking slot, you will need to specify if the session is being targeted at delegates who are at a beginner level in the use of AI, or targeted at delegates who are at an intermediate level in the use of AI.
This is NOT an event for directly selling services and products. The main objective of each session is to ‘show and tell’ using already delivered real world examples – so the benefits should be readily apparent to the attendees at each session. Of course, speakers are encouraged to signpost to their services and products at the end of the presentation/workshop. Where possible the company logos of the speakers will be used at the event.
Please note that making an expression of interest will not guarantee that your proposed session is selected. The intention is to provide suitable sessions that cover as many of the tracks as possible.
